Spare Parts for Blinds
27 March 2018

As much as we'd like things to never break, it's simply just not how life goes, is it? We’ve been in this business long enough to know that the unexpected can happen, even when quality materials are involved. But who wants to buy a new blind when all you really need is a small replacement part? No one we can think of that's for sure!

So, if you do require a new blind part, NZ Blinds offer all the common working parts to get you up and running again. Our range of blind parts and popular accessories such as our Venetian slate cleaner are readily available online, and all with free shipping.

Of course, if your blinds are NZ Blinds and are under warranty we will rectify the problem for you promptly. However, blinds not originally purchased from us or parts which have broken due to external circumstances can be replaced easily from our Accessories department.

Here are a few examples of when you may need, or want new parts for your blinds:

  • You now have young children around and are cursing throwing out your chain tidies when your blinds were installed.
  • There has been an accident in the house but it's not worth claiming on insurance (eg: a roof link has damaged the remote or motor for your motorised blinds).
  • Your cord lock was used so often by your children playing, that it really drives you crazy now when it sticks.
  • You've seen an option of a chain colour which you much prefer to the ones you have in your new house.
  • Your newly painted walls are being dragged down by a blind chain which isn't quite the right colour.

Best of all, our blind parts can be installed easily by yourself (refer to our online installation tips for guidance). If you can't find the part you're looking for, or perhaps you're not sure what the problem actually is, simply forward us an email and we will help you further.

So, whatever the problem, our aim is to help bring your blinds back life quick smart! Check out the NZ Blinds range of accessories, chains, vertical blind weights and motor components.
